Waste processing method and environmental protection in the agro-industrial complex

The article presents the features of conservation leafy mass high-protein crops legume family, disadvantages traditional preparation biomass for silage in fodder production. results studying possibility reducing plant moisture by mechanical means, using press residue as a raw material making haylage, and brown juice preservative are presented. development method pressed alfalfa with introduction fermented enriched metabolic products lactic acid propionic bacteria - organic acids, to intensify process fermentation feed. analysis chemical composition materials obtained haylage was carried out, value fodder, energy potential harmlessness feeding animals determined.
